The IRS has set a May 13 deadline to update direct deposit information and receive your stimulus check sooner than later. The Wednesday deadline will be closing at noon according to the IRS.

Also, beneficiaries of Social Security, Veterans Affairs, and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) will have their stimulus payments will automatically be credited to their banks or mailed by check.
